The tussle of life Pushes us Like hunters, we hunt for money For necessity and luxury
Selling our dreams, to build another's reality. Like slaves, our right are denied And for fear of being fired We swallow our pride and work and work.
After each day labour, we frowned Working for money And die and resurrect At the sight of mighty month end.
With the thoughts of chasing our dreams, Promotion buried them. Knowing that the reward for hard work is work and work We work until our mindsslowly stopped working.
Then our youthful strength lively die And our minds can't dream again When the fear of being fired Embraced our reality.
At this point, our eyes are open That we can't work for money And money can't work for us Then we walk to the grave with regrets.
